Lars H. Jonsson
Chief Executive Officer

Lars Jonsson has been actively involved in commercial real estate since coming to the US in 1986 and founded Stellar Holdings in 1989. Before moving to the US, Lars was CEO of NICO International, a Swedish-based engineering and marine service company with worldwide operations; Vice President and head of the transportation division of Nynäs Petroleum, one of Sweden’s major oil companies; and Manager of Sales and Marketing for the New Building Division of Gotaverken, a world leading Swedish shipbuilding company. Lars has extensive experience in business with global competition and cyclical markets. As a member of several Cabinet-level Swedish trade missions, he has been involved in high-level transactions in most parts of the world, including state visits to Mexico, Venezuela and Cuba led by the Swedish Prime Minister, Olof Palme. Lars graduated from the Gothenburg School of Business in 1971 and completed the Senior Executive Program at Stanford University in 1985. In 2006, the Swedish Government appointed Lars to be the Honorary Swedish Consul for the State of Washington. He also serves on the board of several not-for-profit organizations.

Jeffrey T. Cook
President and Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Cook is responsible for the strategy development and the operations of Stellar Holdings. He has extensive international experience in strategic leadership, corporate finance, new business development and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Stellar in 2003, Jeff spent 21 years with publicly traded Penford Corporation (NASDAQ: PENX), a $270 million food and industrial ingredients company. He was Penford’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2003, prior to which he served as Penford’s Chief Financial Officer. Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Stanford University in 1978. Jeff is on the Board of Penford Corporation, Eoscene Corporation (a private, business portal software company), Bygg Vesta (a wholly owned subsidiary of Stellar Holdings) and the Tacoma Museum of Glass.

Paige I. Brown
Controller

Paige Brown is responsible for the financial management of Stellar Holdings. Her responsibilities include project financing, cash management, financial reporting, tax and estate planning, and coordination of financial activities between the U.S. and Europe. She has been a State of Washington CPA for 7 years. Prior to joining Stellar in 2004, Paige worked for Ernst & Young as an auditor, Penford Corporation as Controller, and AT&T Wireless as SEC Reporting Manager. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 1998.

Joshua D. Curtis
Real Estate Analyst

Joshua Curtis is responsible for market analysis and financial modeling for Stellar Holdings. Joshua has been actively involved in the strategic analysis and planning for the firm’s new initiatives in Central Europe. Prior to joining Stellar, Joshua completed his Master of Urban Planning degree at the University of Washington, where he focused on real estate, community development and public-private partnerships in Washington. His experience includes rural infrastructure planning for the Peace Corps, directing two Fremont Solstice Parades, and a brief stint as a wine distributor.

Karin L. Luton
Executive Assistant

Karin Luton is responsible for supporting the executive team of Stellar Holdings, Inc. as well as some financial administration. Karin is also part of the group working to develop a residential life program at Linköping University in Linköping, Sweden which will be the first student housing development on a Swedish campus. Prior to joining Stellar Karin received her law degree from Uppsala University in Sweden and worked for Key Bank in Seattle for over 3 years.
